What does Youth Cyber Counseling Center do?

Youth Cyber Counseling Center, managed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and commissioned by the Korea Youth Counseling and Welfare Institute, is a professional counseling center for teens and parents.
As online communcation becomes familiar to teens, we provide online counseling service to young adults who experience family conflict, friendship issue, school interruption, runaway, Internet addiction, career and academic problems to help them grow healthy.

Who can get counseling services?

Our service is available to teens aged 9 to 24 and their parents.

What is the operating hours?

We are open 24/7, 365 days a year.

What service do you provide?

We offer various services such as online live chat counseling, message board counseling, online psychological exams, and problem solving guidelines.

How to use our services
